Worst customer service. They are inefficient. They messed my insurance up and had me to fix the mix up they did... would not recommend this place unless you are looking to waste time then this is the spot.
Dr Manzo most caring physician I have ever been to, exceptional staff. I had cataract surgery and Dr Manzo called himseld to follow up.
Very thorough exam and great staff. My wife was able to get a same day appointment due to a cancellation.
Very poor customer service. I liked them at first, but they wanted my daughter to wait a month before coming back for a follow up, made no sense. Stinks because they are close to my home/work but I will NOT be back!! ***update-in less than the month's time when they wanted us to come back, my daughter learned to put her contacts in at the new and better ophthalmologist, they spent one hour with her, no pressure like she experienced at Manzo....she has a 90 day supply already. My mom is 96 years old and they saw her 1 hour after her appointment time. Totally unacceptable and inconsiderate. They said I should have booked at1:00 right after lunch so we wouldn't have a wait, even though her appointment was only at 1:45. unbelievable
The doc and staff are great, but the wait is not. Every time I go in I have to wait at least an hour to get into an exam room. I can see waiting 10-15 minutes extra, maybe even a half hour, but we're all busy people with other things to do. This needs to get fixed.
Dr. David L. Manzo is, by far, the best Opthamologist / Surgeon in the State of Michigan. I've sent at least a dozen people to him and they're all raved about him, helping so many who've been suffering for years. I've had to go to a specialist since I was a toddler, Dr. Manzo is by far my favorite. He genuinely cares about his patients.
Nothing but the best when you come here! Dave's talent is the best I've ever experienced from a Medical Professional. The staff is courteous and efficient.
