Living here is ok. Convenient location to Smith's and Sprout. Trash are everywhere and old furniture are thrown out and sit by the dumpster for days and weeks. In Denver it's the tenant's responsibility to dispose of their old furniture. I blame the tenants for not doing their part in keeping this place clean and presentable. Just because we have people doing it doesn't mean you can't even pick a piece of litter that's sitting by your apartment and dispose of it property. Are we that lazy?
