I see why there is a 1 star rating. I recently signed my daughter up with dr Anna Roysman and this office NEVER answers their phone. I’ve tried all options of the phone tree and also left messages and the voicemail is now full and they are no longer accepting messages… my daughter is very sickly and needs to see pcp as she keeps going in and out of PICU and I can never get a call back. They should close this office.How can I get an appointment to see the doctor if nobody answers the telephone!!!! They are very non compliant.Terrible place! Unprofessional people!
It’s about two 3 weeks I try to schedule an appointment nobody answer the phone. I went to the front desk and the lady was very rude and she is not able to communicate with me and she said sorry we are very busy and there is no appointment until end of November.
