Operated on my broken foot at the end of September 2024 did a good job had 4 SS screws installed,but February 2025 i ended up in the hospital with an infection in my foot had 2 operations to drain infection in my foot,first operation was done by Dr Gladwell second operation was Dr Manwell and 6 months of antibiotics, so far so good. I have no complaints .
Arrogant and totally unhelpful. Has zero people skills and offers absolutely no help other than to take your cash for an injection. Doesn’t wash his hands does not wear gloves and literally does not care about you or your issue. If your doctor refers you to him I strongly suggest you ask to be referred to literally anyone else. Even if you have to drive to another hospital or specialist. Almost forgot, he asked me if I brought my own band aid(I did not, as I was not told to do so). Young Stu may be good at cutting (we consulted on 3 issues with no surgery performed for any) but his people skills (or lack thereof) suggest he might want to stick to the operating room and stay away from actual human interaction. His bedside manner is best described as 'Prison Guard flaunting inflated authority without even a drop of humanity.' He managed to not only patronize me but also insult the two other medical professionals I had consulted. I sense a God/Napoleon complex. Unbelievable arrogance.
Mr Manuel was very professional and I wouldn’t hesitate to have surgery preformed by him again in the future if needed. His office staff as well as hospital staff also was easy and see less.
