What a treat to find this gem in Gainesville. Fresh and creative food that surpassed our expectations by far. The bread and infused olive oil started things off just right. Pasta pillows stuffed with pear and marscapone with a delightful sauce as an appetizer, amazing! We had three different entres plus a pasta dish and all were outstanding! We enjoyed a leisurely dinner with champagne to celebrate Georgia Southerns win and a beautiful red with dinner. Excellent service made it all perfect.....well done Manuel's!
