The waitress ignored us it took 2 hours to get our meal and it was uneatable. The lettuces was wilted and brown on my meal. The hard taco was soft and like leather. Dads meal was cold in the center. The rice was so spicy you could not eat it. After complaining to the manager she started to argue with us. The whole night was a nightmare. I will not ever return to the restaurant.
My family I went to have lunch here today. There was 8 of us. My little niece had brought in Panda Express for herself so As the waitress approached our table she came up to us like a "Monster". And told my niece she was not allowed to be in there with her food. There's no way an eight year old can leave alone so she can enjoy her lunch. So our entire family had to leave. Now my 8 year old niece is extremely sad thinking everything was her fault. They lost out on customers and made a little girls afternoon get ruined.
I've been eating at Manuel's since the 70s. Back when they would win Best of Phoenix, and had flavors that you'd crave. Now... just an imitation of what their mother would make. Damn lazy greedy kids now-a-days....must have tossed out the recipes and went with cheaper ingredients. Shame.
It is some of the best Mexican food we have eaten. Service and staff is excellent just like the food.
