Save your time and frustration! Kristine provides truly the worst service one can expect. Not sure where to start but here are a few: poor responses, misquotes & no follow ups. I regret purchasing multiple policies here. I resist and hesitate to leave any bad reviews but I'm paying it forward... I wish someone warned me.

There are never people in this office. I work close by to this office and have tried at least 6 different times over two weeks to come here to talk to someone and every time the doors have been locked. It doesn’t matter what time of day or what day of the week it’s always closed. Today I went there at 2pm and the sign on the door said lunch was between noon and 1pm. The doors were once again locked and I could see a lady who was sitting at the desk. She stood up and went to the back room and never came to the door so I calle... read more
