I was referred by my primary care physician to this doctor with a referral from Blue Cross and Blue Shield I arrived at my appointment half an hour before and was told by a very rude receptionist to give her my license and insurance card and then she told me that the reason that I had was not good enough I was upset I took the day off work I went back to my primary care physician which was just down the block and obtain the one with the Authorization number.
