As others have said, this doctor is seems the opposite of empathetic or caring towards children.. which I thought was the role of a pediatrician. I don’t want a doctor that will simply dismiss any questions or concerns of a parent, that is our job. If I could give 0 stars I would.
He took 2 months to send in a referral for my daughter to get a tonsillectomy and adnoidectomy. Does not keep a good record of shot given. Very impersonal.
This man should have his license revoked. Took our granddaughter in with a chronic skin infection, she's running a 101 fever, this so-called doctor prescribes generic NeoSporin. If I could give this doctor zero stars, I would. Do your friggin job, Arevalo, or make room for someone who will.
I would never recommend this "Doctor" to anyone. He is rude and clearly doesn't care. I called to verify my sons appointment and was told he was no longer assigned there. Because I already had an appt. and I couldn't get in anywhere else I called and switched him back. I was then told that I needed to call my insurance and have proof sent and then call back (which was a LIE). They are supposed to call and get that according to the my insurance. I called to make sure they received it NO ANSWER
This is the worst pediatric doctor I've ever encountered. This man has no business treating children. He is unfriendly, unconcerned, and uncaring. His staff is rude and unfriendly. Kept us waiting in the waiting room for almost an hour to be seen for barely 5 min, half addressing serious health issues. Overall terrible experience. Very sad that children will continue to be subjected to this mediocre undeserved treatment by this so-called medical professional when there are much better Dr.'s.
He seemed uninterested in the care of both children when I took them in on 2 separate occasions. Seems burnt out.
