Dr. B, having met me, was going to give me a discount without even tellilng me! At my initial visit, the x-ray presented more challenges than anyone expected. So he held my hand, planned with my own trusted dentist what to do, had his marvelous staff walk me back to my dentist who fit met in despite everything. I went for a root canal, which I am not sure I needed in the first place. It was two years ago and I m still in pain. When I returned to tell him about it, he seemed uninterested and kept me waiting while another patient who was finshed continued to occupy his time. I feel the pain every time I brush my teeth, hit against my tooth with my tongue or eat on that side of my mouth. Never been treated like this before by a dentist. Very upset.
Did three root canals for me. Very professional, completed the work quickly and effectively. Very little discomfort, reflecting both his skill and ability to deliver effective anesthetic. My work was fairly complicated, he made every effort to work around old crowns, etc. Root canal on one difficult molar failed within three months and tooth was extracted. For a root canal it was painless and efficient. I respect the endodontist who referred me a lot so I trust this man. He treated me well as a human, not llke the cattle many doctors treat their patients
Dr, Bustamante is as gracious as he is skilled. I went fearfully to have root canal work done. The doctor and his staff put me at ease. Even better, the deep root canal I had was painless and this was with only topical anesthesia. Dr. Bustamante told me to be ready for swelling and said to keep the Advil on hand. Another dentist goofed my tooth, and wanted to pull it. Dr. B. saved the tooth, limited the stress, completed the procedure and offered to close the filling (and not send me back to the other dentist) at no additional cost. The staff was supportive as well. I sent flowers, and will send more patients.
No one likes root canals, but he made my visit extremely comfortable and both he and his staff were very nice. It was a stress-free visit. I would highly recommend him if you need an endodontist!!
