I had been suffering from lower back problems for about 5 years. I sustained a shoulder injury at the end of May last year. I was seen by an orthopedic doctor right away and was referred for Physical therapy with Trupti. During a rainstorm at our country house, while carrying a bunch of tools, I slipped on a bridge sideways, and felt very hard on my right elbow, which rammed up into the shoulder and led to the injury. I was suffering with incredible discomfort in my right shoulder which became pretty severe to the point I couldn't even lift my arm up and his was going on for 3-4 months. I was initially misdiagnosed by my doctor, but after a number of months I was diagnosed with a frozen shoulder with underlying rotator cuff tendinitis.
