Very average stay. Beds were terrible, no internet - promised a technician and no one came. Sliced my finger open on a broken light switch Vaccum in the apartment was full and barely functional Washer dryer was awful - shrunk our clothes No house keeping Breakfast buffet was disgusting and dirty, dinner plates left out with old food from the night before. Only reason I gave a 4 star for rooms was our first wasn’t up to standard . However our second was excellent .

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint review regarding the breakfast service I experienced. The restaurant in the foyer had flies all over the food that was being served. Despite raising this with staff, they showed no concern, and when I reported it to the main reception, both the lady at the desk and the man working there said it had nothing to do with them.
