I got defective bed frame, No response, And there is no replacement
Poor experience
The three stars are only for price, everything else was not good. We got a good price/discount for the dining table purchased but the return policy is not at all great. The table we purchased had a damage on the table top, we were told it was free return at the time of purchase for damaged stuff but ended up paying additional 100$ and also had to return the table ourselves. We looked for a reclining sofa & loveseat in 6 other stores before trying this store right in our town. They had exactly what we were looking for. Alex was my salesman and was very kind and patient. The price was Very reasonable. I ordered these items on a Friday & it was delivered on next Monday. Delivery was on time and they discarded my old sofa & loveseat. Exceptional, clean service! I would highly recommend this store. They have a wide selection of furniture at reasonable prices. Thank you
