The black heavyset receptionist needs a lesson on people skills. Rude is an understatement for her behavior. Not to mention she lied on his MR saying she did an O2 stat and it was 97%. She never did one and the PA could hardly hear him because he was so tight. Lacy was the best, but this new lady. I will be finding my sons a new provider ASAP.
