I have been doing business with Tisha Matticks for several years now and she has always been upfront and honest with me . I own many properties and she has always been great at taking care of everything so I don't have to . I will continue to use her with the properties I have currently and any I acquire in the future .

Never have I encountered a realtor, better yet an owner of an establishment who is not only dishonest but fraudulent. Tisha Matticks represents herself in such an unprofessional way. She lies, and creates false documents. I am thankful that the judge saw through her lies. I will never recommend anyone to stay in any home or property that she manages. She also seems to have an issue with people of color, which was made in a statement about me to one of her colleagues.

I am commenting on these reviews because I do have first hand knowledge experience as an Past-Employee when I was down on my luck! I am now working as a high end Property Manager in one of the High End Galleria Condominiums with excellent pay and benefits. Take your business somewhere far far away from this company... The owner is the biggest liar you will ever encounter, she's so good at lying she probably believes her own lies. This company lives off of stealing from people, and they are good at it.

I was seeking a new property management company and took the property management course. I went ahead and signed up with this company along with my tenants who have been paying horribly. Now, that I'm with Manta Ray Enterprises, Inc.; all my money is being collected as it should. No evictions and repairs are reported to me prior to shedding out any money. Manta Ray Enterprises is nothing but a nightmare. Ms. Matticks will be nice and sweet at first to earn your trust. She will tell you lies to get you to sign a leasing contract. Then once your in, YOUR SCREWED! They will suck your wallet dry. Never had a problem with a landlord in my life until this woman. She has no soul and her blood is as cold as ice. The only thing she cares about is draining you from your money. She will take advantage of you. PLEASE! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Wish I could give the 0 stars. The woman who owns this company is extremely rude and will rip you off any chance she gets! I rented from them for 2 years and let me just tell you that I've never lived ANYWHERE that had such a rude, negative, BITCH on charge!
