the worst place ever!!! i went in for a regular cleaning, she sits me down after X-rays and tells me to pay $1300.00. I told her no thank you, I was only there for a cleaning. after the cleaning is done they were charging me $500 I had to fight my way out that one. Ended up paying $172.00. while doing my cleaning she walked away like 2-3 times. I rather drive to another dentist in Miami than go back there ever again!!!!!
She (Dr. Angelica) acts very nice but they charge my Care Credit card for services I never had done and never Received a refund. Also she perform a root canal that I'm now paying to have re-done.
I can not believe what happened to me with this unprofessional woman.... she convinced me to put veneers on my front teeth when I have a terrible bite off course they fells up .. so now I have to go fix my bite ( it will costs me around $10k) and then put a new veneers ( it will costs me $5k) she destroy me honestly .. what about after all I had been thru the thing does not goes good? Dr Cardenas and the staff members were really nice. I called in because I had an emergency and they were able to give me the same day appointment. I had the initial exam done and started my treatment the same day, I’m very glad with my treatment and then keeping me informed about upcoming appointments. The Dr Cardenas is excellent and talks ( spanish/english ) to you about every step, she is very kind !! I will recommend this office to anyone. Thanks !!
She is very manipulative. I am deaf & when she wrote a paper & receipt for the charge for crowns & etc., & I told her let me think about it because too expensive. So she asked me to sign for credit only & I said I have Credit Care & she went ahead for credit but actually it was loaned. I asked her to cancel it now & she said too late & don't worry. She not even give me a receipt & signed a paper that was for loan instead "credit". She took advantage of me & my roommate who is deaf also. Rip off!
Everyone seems nice at first, but looks are deceiving for sure. Their prices are outrageous and she even told my mom she would not charge for the first visit but took money from her anyway. I told my mom not to give any money upfront but my mom is very naive and she did and they opened their hands to take it. They are not trust worthy, disrespectful, mean, and ambitious. Go some place else. Don't waste your time or money with this dishonest dentist.
Look else where. Wait times are out of control. I was conned into clear correct alignment trays and now have go to the dentist every month. I always wait at least an hour even though I am always on time. I just need to pick up new trays but i am forced to waste my time waiting. Prices and service are not good either. Excellent patient care. The staff made sure I was comfortable and scheduled appointments around my convenience which was a relief as a full time student.
She seemed very nice and pacient but they will not give you prices they charge you whatever they feel like it, out for your money!!
