Very friendly and professional! My fiance purchased my engagement ring from Mansour Jewelers. He was very pleased with the personal service and the friendly staff. Indeed, when we went in the next day to have my ring resized, the staff all welcomed him by name and were excited to meet me. We are excited to visit Mansour again next year when it is time to purchase our wedding bands.
Nice for browsing Staff welcome out-of-towners to come in and browse. Nice selection and the service is alright. I think the prices are okay. You don't feel rushed out of the shop if you are 'only looking'.
Excellent Service They were able to help me promptly with my jewelry repairs and had the best prices in town by far for jewelry repairs. Nice friendly service and David Abdulky is a one of kind person. Definitely a trustworthy jeweler. I reccomend him for all jewelry repairs as well retail purchases.
Very disappointed The store is drab, the service indifferent. What I found disappointing is that there were no special items in this store. The store is very dated and the jewelry they sell reflects this.
Walk a few doors up the street for better service Ithaca has two mainstream jewelers, Mansour and Schooleys. Although Mansour is the larger of the two, they're certainly not the better. After multiple experiences with them, I wouldn't trust them to install a battery in a low-to-mid priced watch. Their staff seems to know little, and appears to care even less. Visit Schooleys for a better experience.
