Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. I started a custom wedding ring project with Mansoor Fine Jewelry in early April, and the entire experience has been incredibly disappointing. Despite paying a $250 consultation fee—supposedly for CAD designs and professional services—I never received a single proper CAD drawing. I highly recommend Mansoor Fine Jewelers in Palo Alto. They have a beautiful and unique selection at many price points, and they also provide excellent service for repairs. They can also create custom and replacement jewelry. For example, I lost a pearl drop earring once, and they recreated it perfectly from its paired earring.
