Great Apartments I have been living here for about 7 months now and I have loved these apartments. They are very nice and the staff is very helpful and friendly. They have responded very quickly to all of my maintenance requests/questions and they even think of fun community activities to do safely during covid. The grounds are well-kept. The only thing I could complain about is that we are near an airport and there are lots of planes flying overhead, but I have gotten used to the noise. RecommendedI currently live here, and have been here coming on 3 years. Absolutely hands down the BEST apartments me and my fiancé have lived in. It’s during the snow storm right now, and I have heard from many family members and friends at other places that their apartments weren’t even in contact with their residence about the issues with losing power or water. Very nice, well managed place to live with great amenities and location.
Poor Management and Maintenance I lived here for three years. My apartment had a significant leak that took over two years to finally repair. The pool was always dirty, you could write a book in the scum on the side and maintenance did not address the problem. Pest were an ongoing problem the last year and the property manager could not be bothered to address any issues. So glad to not be living there any longer
Awful This complex is a joke. I had family emergencies that kept me from being able to move into the apartment at the date planned. The lease agent was nice and would push the lease back to a later date so that I could figure it all out. Now I’m being told that they can’t do it and that I have to pay them $1500 to cancel my lease. I will never do business with this company and I guess you can call it a blessing in disguise that I am not moving into this poorly ran and managed complex. Love living here but I have one pat peeve. It is pretty sad that your dog goes to the bathroom right next to a pet waste station and you can clean it up 😡😡🙄
Renters Please Be Aware 53 minutes ago First off, I must say the 2 ladies in the front office Karen and Nadia are super sweet ladies and to my experience I find them very professional. Any grievances I've experienced, which caused me to move, have absolutely nothing to do with these 2 ladies. Thank you both for your kindness and understanding. Moving day is finally here! As in MOVING OUT!!! Been here 1 year-11 months too long. Parking is non existent and office staff is abysmal! Many apartments in the area, choose one of those as I did!
Moving in Although I don't move in for another 10 days, I have to say that the entire process of leasing has been absolutely wonderful. The staff has been exceptional. All of the staff has such a wonderful personality and really seem to care for the residents. I am excited about moving into this community.
