I lived at Mansions At Ivy Lake for year and half and I just have one word to you if you want to live in this place, you are making the biggest mistake in your life, not kidding. Now here are some reasons that I experienced with them. 1- if you sign contract for 1 year or 6 month, you can't break the contract, if you need to break the contract you have to pay for 5 month (2 month as a notice and 3 month as a penalty) 2- the road inside community was damaged and after 3 month they fixed it. there is mandatory 75 dollar charg... read more
