Mansion House has been this travel nurse’s dream come true! Everyone is friendly from the staff to the neighbors I encounter daily! My family loves to visit as well! I won’t be moving anytime soon, unless it’s to a bigger apartment!�
The apartment complex is great. Most of the staff are friendly and outgoing. A certain man (Fred) that works the front desk however is very rude and is unwilling to help answer any question you may have. He acts like it’s going to kill him to be kind and help you with any small issue that may arise.
The rooftop pool has one of the best views in Downtown!
Phenomenal building and facilities. The gym and rooftop pool are always kept clean and accessible (when in season). The dog park is great with monthly "yappy hours" during the summer for all the friendly doggos to get to know each other :) The location and staff are second to none in STL!!

Me and my boyfriend took a tour of the place yesterday and was very impressed. The leasing agent, security guard, and tenants were very nice. And the apartments and pool was beautiful. We decided to go ahead and apply, can't wait to see the place again when we drop off the application!
Love living here, the people are great and finally the staff is truly the best.
