I am a present tenant. This is a HUD senior housing facility. When we agreed to take the apartment, we were never told that the apartment was 50 yards from the elevator. they knew my husband was handicapped and uses a scooter to get around. the elevator is a 5'x5' and very difficult to maneuver. Our biggest gripe is that there is not enough parking for the whole building. There are 98 apts and they have about 30 assigned spaces.
