OK, if you're not her fault, she didn't have the paperwork yet, but the appointment was made three weeks ahead of time. I called ahead of time. They could've told me this before I traveled an hour and a half over there so why ???.... myself had to call DENTICAL and say what the hell is going on? she was accommodating and proceeded with the appointment anyway, even though she didn't have my chart about the screening still waiting for the paperwork she said three weeks later really? she was right it was their(government) fault... read more
