RecommendedI have been bringing my pets for many years great treatment, informative and cost effective. The staff is the best! I wouldn't take my little furry friends anywhere else.
It was my first time here since moving to the Mansfield area. The front desk and vet assistants are amazing! The Dr himself unfortunately is NOT. He refused to look at my sick cat because she was hissing and very upset. He just walked into the room, did not introduce himself, kept shaking his head like he was disgusted with my cat and told me Id have to bring her back to be sedated for him to look at her and walked out the room. No thanks. I wouldn’t want him any where near my cat! Will never go back.
doctors and staff are all top notch.
This is a very nice and clean office and the front desk and vet tech staff are great. Personality wise this vet was not a good fit for our family. We changed to a practice where you are engaged in conversation about your pet and exams/ diagnoses are explained.
I brought my sick cat there years ago and Dr Sohn handled her very roughly. I left being very upset, needless to say, aggravated that Dr Sohn showed no interest in my questions and very impatient. It only took once, never returned and I'm only 1.5 miles away.
They are taking good care of Casper a malti poo who developed a heart problem to my surprise.
