The staff does a great job of making me feel welcome every time I go in for treatment. The staff takes care to ensure discomfort is kept to a minimum.

The thing I liked the most was not feeling pressured to receive expensive treatments. Dr. Gonzales was very good about making the treatment plan seem reachable, even for some cosmetic procedures. Everyone was very professional, but friendly at the same time. I also truly appreciate the intelligence and personality of the office manager. That aspect of a dental office is extremely important to me. My daughter was happy, even after having a deep cleaning. Thank you for the TLC provided to her.
The staff was very nice and professional. When it was time to speak with the dentist, I felt very comfortable because she took the time to listen to my concerns. She was also very through while going over my x-rays and gave her professional advice along with options. She's also excellent with children. My 13 yr old son said he felt comfortable as well. When the hygienist cleaned our teeth, she made sure we were comfortable throughout. And yes I am VERY picky and if I don't feel comfortable when I first enter a place, I have ... read more
