Let me start by saying I have NEVER taken the time to do a review on a company, unless it was the absolute best service I've ever received... In this case it's the WORST service/experience you could ever imagine. When I spend over an hour there, and in less than 1 hour of leaving my son has his bracket in his hand...It's safe to say that I wouldn't advise anyone to go there. This place has gone downhill!
Will never go back to this place. First when I called to make the appointment I was given one date. Then they called me back to confirm our appointment for a different date. Our dentist sent my son here for a root canal. Cavity was too close to the nevre so he needed it done by an oral surgeon. Surgeon was very rude to me and my son. And very condescending during the entire procedure. Even the dental tech kept apologizing for his behavior. My appt was rescheduled 3 times when I finally gave up on this place. It wasn't like this 2.5 yrs ago when I first started orthodontic treatment for my son. I've been trying to get my personal dental records emailed to me for a few days now and NO ONE has responded. They have some service answering the phone I guess because they are tired of dealing with complaints. DONT USE THIS DENTAL OFFICE! They need to be closed down!
These people are a rip off I go and pay for a root canal and now I have to go elsewhere for a my filling. My insurance says it part of the procedure but they say otherwise. Pure ripoff!!!
Such an awesome place! The staff was super nice and friendly and very helpful on making sure that all my questions were answered and listened to my concerns. I have never felt more relaxed and comfortable at a dentist office until now.
I can't understand all the bad reviews. My husband and I have had nothing but the best experiences there. And will continue to send people there way.
