This is my first time going to a periodontist. I’m very impressed. Everyone was very efficient and friendly. Such a nice place to go to.
I was referred to her but, after seeing the negative reviews and her unprofessional responses to them, I will not be going to her. I will seek a referral for somewhere else.
Procedure went quickly and smoothly. Everyone was polite and I'd gladly go back. I know some of the other reviews on here are negative, but I had zero problems whatsoever in my experience!
I accidentally missed my appointment and had it in my calendar for the wrong day. Mind you I never got any confirmation leading up to our meeting after it was scheduled, Dr smith called me asking if I was on my way. I was very apologetic explaining to her I had it in my calendar on the wrong day and that I was sorry I’m most likely going to miss the apt. She said I waisted her time AND HUNG UP ON ME. My wife made an appointment for a consultation at this office and our experience has been nothing but negative. Due to unforeseen car trouble my wife had to call and cancel her appointment the first time and they rescheduled us. Granted the second time she inadvertently missed her appointment. About 30 minutes later we received a very nasty and hostile voice mail from “Dr. Smith” about my wife missing her appointment that morning.
