Dr. Mansfield and staff are incredible. (kind, caring, knowledgeable, instructional, relational, and a lot of fun too!) Just had TWO crowns completed soup to nuts in a half-day. You read that correctly; went in with old silver filled cavity cracked sensitive molars and walked out with new crowns in a half-day. Krystal in the office was a great help in working with my insurance company. She was persistent in requesting payment for services rendered. She is professional and friendly. She knows how to persue difficult situations. What an asset to the office and patients!
Let me say I never thought I'd say this, but they made having a crown done an actual pleasant experience! Starting with the prep work, the 3D image of my teeth, the sharing of the technology involved, the caring about my apprehension, keeping me looped in to what is happening both to my tooth and "behind the curtain" too.
