I bought a new home in The Ridges. Mr. Manring was the home's HVAC contractor. He set up three rooms on the same HVAC system, and today there is a 20-degree difference between those two areas. Mr. Manring's first response was to say that his supervisor "forgot" to put a return vent in one of those rooms. So, he installed a return vent. It didn't fix the problem. Robert gave me a second opinion after I was quoted for a new blower motor. He was exceptionally knowledgeable and worked his magic to find my blower motor wasn’t the issue. It was just a capacitor. What almost cost me over a thousand dollars was a simple repair! Thank you Robert!
