I was disappointed with my visit. I felt dismissed and not fully listened to during my appointment. Instead of discussing supportive lifestyle changes, the focus quickly shifted to weight-loss pills. I was hoping for more encouragement and a personalized plan. I believe patients deserve better communication and respect.
Dr Basra and the entire staff in Lodi are extremely professional and compassionate. I highly recommend them.
