Dr. Basra office called to verify my appointment tomorrow- 30.minutes later they called me to say that as of April 3rd, they no.longer take Hill Physicians which is my insurance. Their website shows that they do take Hill. They never contacted me prior to m one day before my appoinment. I have a heart condition and Basra is a cardiologist. Now I am without proper care for my heart condition.
I was disappointed with my visit. I felt dismissed and not fully listened to during my appointment. Instead of discussing supportive lifestyle changes, the focus quickly shifted to weight-loss pills. I was hoping for more encouragement and a personalized plan. I believe patients deserve better communication and respect.
Dr Basra and the entire staff in Lodi are extremely professional and compassionate. I highly recommend them.
Good doctor. Listens, concerned and keeps me informed.
