The Jersey City office is extremely outdated in terms of facilities, marketing materials, and technology including ultrasound equipment. Additionally, the staff and patient restroom is unsanitary- no soap or paper towels available. There must have been 4-5 urine samples sitting on the top on the toilet. My visit to Dr. Mann's office was one of the most disappointing experiences I've encountered in a medical setting. As a newly pregnant woman, the level of care I received was severely lacking. There was no thorough intake process, and my medical history was barely addressed.
