My experience with Oak Street Health have been a God send. I was very ill with my blood pressure when I arrived at the facility. My NP took me in right away and began a plan to regulate my pressure. She has continued to follow me and all of my Health concerns. I would recommend Oak Street Health to anyone seeking a solid efficient medical institution for your health care needs.
Excellent care
This is my primary for years, and.I just got out of hospital with triple bypass surgery and valve replacement and had a stroke, my surgeon told me to see my primary doctor and Cardiologist I tried to get appointment, because they advertise next day appointments but I was told.didnot apply to me, if that doesn't apply to me, how awful tried to get appointment they.told me earliest I could get was July28 at around 10am I told them I needed afternoon, she said then I don't have any thing.for you
