The customer service is very poor. The recruiter, Natalia Cely, is very mean and rude. She doesn’t even want to listen to me and She told me that they only hire fluent English speakers. I am extremely upset and disappointed with my experience.

I was met with what I perceived to be an indifferent and unprofessional attitude. As someone seeking employment, I expected to be treated with the same courtesy and respect afforded to every other applicant. The manner in which I was overlooked and subsequently treated left me feeling singled out. Based on my experience, I am concerned that I may not have been treated fairly. I trust that Manpower values professionalism, equal treatment, and respect for all individuals who walk through its doors.

I have had great experiences with staffing companies in the past but this was the worst one. I did my drug test for the overnight charging attendant position and submitted all of the other documentation needed. But because the clinic didn’t have anymore rapid drug test kits, they made me do a standard test and this caused my results to take a few days. Me hicieron perder el tiempo, cuando llegue me hablaron de dos posibles trabajos. Elegí el que más me convenía y fui a hacerme exámenes de droga y me checaron todo. Y al final no me contestaron más y decidí ir y me dijeron que el trabajo se lo habían dado a alguien más. No tienen palabra, porque hacer perder el tiempo a una persona? Si ya sabes que le darás el trabajo a otra.
