Horrible! Horrible place to seek employment from my experience. I applied for a particular job and was told they needed someone for the position right away. I applied in the morning and a woman said she would talk to the employer that day and have me an interview the next day. The next day there was no phone call so I called back and they could not get a hold of the employer but would call me asap and let me know.
