RecommendedWelcoming and great location; lots of entertaining community events; beautifully landscaped; New, hands-on and extremely involved management team! 24 hour Gatehouse! The apartments are well designed and spacious; most have attached garage! Tennis courts and very dog friendly- great place to call home‼️

I have lived at the Manors for 4 years - I love it here! All employees are friendly and accommodating. The grounds are always kept up - especially snow in the winter time. Maintenance takes care of all issues, usually in less than 24 hours. Have never had an issue getting anything fixed or replaced. But The absolute best part of living here is the fantastic guys at the gatehouse....they truly make you feel like you are coming ‘Home” every time you pass through the gate!
So this is happening right now. I called Maintenance and they said due to multiple leaks today there is nothing that can be done until morning.... lol! As much as I pay for my unit at Manors at Knollwood they advise me to put a bucket under the leak � I don't have 10 Buckets lmfao... #manorsatknollwood is a joke. They didn't plow or salt after the first snow either � (it won't let me post the pic)
This place is a dump. Outdated. The owner is a crook that refunds your payments so he can refund your payment and charge a late fee to pocket the money. Racists. Maintenance crew talks down on the place said the owner is homophobic.Bug infested. I wouldn’t recommend The manors to my worse enemy. I was happy to leave.
