I recently story point west Knoxville . for possible Option for my mom I loved how bright and open and clean it felt I love the engagement of the staff and the Residence, My tour was the perfect timeline, . Not to long .all questions were answered.
I was truly relieved with all the info Noah provided to us. We had been rushed by the hospital to go to a Memory Care Facility and we had no time to explore all our options. Where he was taken has failed to meet his needs. Looking forward to moving him to Story Pojnt West to receive proper care.
Came to visit my mom’s grandma on her side of the family. The receptionist Tracy is so sweet and fast and the whole atmosphere of the building is so cozy and peaceful. And my mom and me are more than happy she’s so happy here. Can’t wait to come visit again
