The therapists are awesome, carding, very talented, loving and amazing people. Frank the nurse is amazing. Veronica the nurse runs a smooth shift. Frankie is awesome, he is great and so is Jim, Emily and Nicole. The CNAs are wonderful. 10 out of 10 for therapy. Nursing staff is very patient and helpful. Making the right choice for rehabilitation after the hospital is a big decision. I am glad I chose Manorcare the care I was given was very good. I am glad I did not go right home from the hospital. They made sure I was safe and the therapists were excellent. I got very strong and learned a lot.

This place is sooooooooo unprofessional and unethical. My dad comes here because he can't wear his prosthesis because of a big ass open sore on the bottom of his leg, and almost a month later, catching pneumonia, and about 8 hospital visits later they have the nerve to try and send my nigga home. ..... and the reason he's here in the first place isn't even fixed yet. Smh. Worst place ever

I wish I could submit this without even giving one star. My step father was admitted yesterday. After 4+ hours of waiting, no medication AND no walker. Come to find out you had NO WALKERS available. How is that even possible in a skilled nursing facility?! You know what an incoming patient is going to require upon arrival. You should never allow a patient to be admitted when you know you cannot provide what they need. Thank God my mother is able to care for him and made the decision to bring him home.
The service at this facility is horriable. My grandmother was moved to this location yesterday and we are very disappointed with the response of the staff leaving her in urine so long that it even made her room upset. When we arrived we had to wait in the hallway for bed to bed changed out it took so long we ended up moving the bed in ourselves. When I called to voice my concern representative was rude and unwilling to listen. DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION WITH UYOR LOVE ONES
