RecommendedMy 98 year old mother has been there for years. She loves it. The staff is friendly and makes her feel like she is home. Special shoutout to Diana, Shirlaine, Steve, Linda, Patrick, Darla, Mary, Kim and Precy. Forgive me if I forgot anyone.
They set up transportation with greater Chicago transit. They were late first day for chemo/ radiation. After that it went downhill. They had to drive to St. Alexis from Manor Care, radiation was at 3:45 and they showed up at manor care at 3:43. I had to get my own transport because they showed up at 3:43. Manor care was not on time with scheduled chemo pills and apparently they forgot a dose because there is one too many. We had problems with them changing out and taking to … See more

I went to the Elk Grove Manor care after my hip replacement surgery. I am not happy with their services and have been trying to transfer to another unit since I arrived. Communication is non existent. Is someone working on my transfer? Why does it take 7 days? When can I expect to move? All of this is making me anxious and hindering y recovery.
I stayed at my aunts here twice I thoroughly enjoyed their physical therapy is the best so who is the food I really would like to go back there
Great staff .. my mother came in for rehab and everyone we came in contact with was great. After two weeks it feels like you are saying goodbye to lifelong friends. Special thanks to her nurses - Liodia, Ivy, Roxanna and Christina .. and CNA’s Marta, Veronica, Bella, Jordan, Roy and Pat.. you all deserve medals for a job well done! Thank you to everyone. Great place!
