Non heated pool, mailboxes are broken, broken intercom system, building needs many repairs. Office gets broken into a few times a year, packages are stolen, charged more for trash when everyone leaves and throws everything away, outdated a/c heating unit, someone always props one of the doors open, 2 bedroom units don't have enough closet space
I would give them a zero if I could. Customer service is very poor, they never answer phone calls, nobody is ever in the office. I’ve been trying to schedule a tour but haven’t been able to. The website doesn’t allow me to and when I try calling the office the number that they have doesn’t work. I went into the office to inquire and they told me that they don’t have any 2 bedroom available although on their website they have over five 2 bedroom units listed as “available “
Much better since Saturday Properties took over .REE Properties are horrific,!! Fernando and Ryan doing Fantastic job repairing the mess they were left with! 5 stars to them! 5 stars to Erica the cleaning lady who has been left doing large building,empty apts and grounds by herself!, and on Zonly 3 days a week TOO MIUCH,! They really need to bring back the temp (Fernando) who did a Great job AND have them here FULL TIME!!! Or will be returning to the SLUM left by REE Properties! Breaking federal law, disrespecting neighbors and the citizens who died for this country by flying flags in atrocious condition. I told them about this many months ago and they said they would address it but have done nothing. After patiently waiting for about 3 months I reminded them again and was ignored. The Minnesota flag is bleached out white and ripped in half and our countries flag is ripped to shreds and tangled against the poll. I moved in just in time, right when the new management company (Saturday Properties) took over last summer. My first impressions were good. The maintenance staff are kind and efficient. It would be nice if the office was open every day during the week with normal business hours. I love the layout of the apartment! It has more than enough space to make it feel like home. And each unit has it's own large storage closet in the apartment so no storage fees are needed. I'm really happy with the location and every resident I've in... read more
