If I could give Manor insurance company zero stars I would. Susan was not only rude on the phone, but she , after working with her for over a month and promising us coverage before our buildings lost insurance , stopped returning our calls. I called And asked for Susan six different times in a 2 1/2 week period and left messages Since our insurance had lapsed and we had no coverage . she was always busy, she never called me back and her secretary wouldn’t even let me make an appt to speak with her .
