I recently called this management company to inquire about the price of a building for lease on University Blvd, as I’m looking to expand my business. Unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing. The person who answered the phone was rude and dismissive, making what should have been a straightforward conversation unnecessarily unpleasant. If this is how they treat potential tenants, I can’t imagine how they handle actual leaseholders. I would not recommend renting through this company.
I love leasing at Legend Hills! The staff at Manor House is fantastic. They are always on top of things, very friendly and truly care about your success and happiness. The property is well maintained and they are attentive to all my needs as a tenant. I highly recommend them if you are looking to lease an office.
