Manor Homes does not develop bare land. this particular piece of land was already developed. In response to the statements the tree in question that was removed was not by choice of Manor Homes. The city of Vancouver felt the tree was to close to the foundation of a home under construction. Once the tree was removed Manor Homes then planted 10 new homes in the community.

The Manor Homes are not only comparible to Trailer Trash Standards, thier impact on the Enviroment is nothing short of Murder and distruction.of our Environment Anyone who buys from them is guilty of the same.
Manor Homes not only cuts down every living thing in its path for their own greed, but beware anyone in any proximity to thier development. They not only do not comply with city ordinances, they will destroy anything in thier path to get what they want. BEWARE.................If you want to reach out and touch your neighbor....you've come to the right place. Bring Gloves. Trailer Trash City.
These guys will lie to your face about the HOA's being "affordable" and "maybe $15" to take care of your lawns. Then they turn around and offer up this "budget" to some unsuspecting "board" and all of the sudden it's $50 a month. And they can push this through because they still own so many of them because they couldn't sell them and now those of us that did are stuck with essentially unsellable houses because of these extra fees.
