They call this place a 4 star? Who the heck they kidding?!? It is so awful. My dad was in there and they did not help him take a bath til over a week after he was there. His bed sheets were not changed til after a week. I know this cause the same small blood stains were on the sheet every time I came to see him. It would take an aide or nurse 30 minutes to an hour to come help him with something if he needed it. Because every time we would say something they would say in a minute and never come in there. My Mom has only been there a little over a week now so far all has been good. the nurses are VERY friendly to my Mom consoling her when she is sad, Like today when I lest to go home a nurse sat with my Mom when she was crying. And told her that I needed to get rest. The rehab ladies are very good working with Mom .
