My mom had a stroke here. They not only did not recognize the obvious symptoms, but did not notify anyone for 12 hours. As a result of lack of timely treatment, she passed away.
RecommendedClean, caring facility with lots of activities. The staff are kind, friendly, and professional. The food is always delicious.
Any one with an aging parent who needs assisted services I urge you to find another caring place. Since the take over by a new Director she is very uncaring and is never there for support. My mother was there for almost two years, had to go back into a hospital then to a rehab center to get her stronger and when she was ready to return to Manoogian they gave lame excuses as to why they would not take her and turned their back on her.
