Very kind and listens to patients thoroughly (in spite of my tendency to ramble). Willing to work with patients to get the best possible treatment.
I like that she is efficient and she did answer a question I’d had. My lab results came back and she messaged me within a few hours of my blood draw. But perhaps it was a bad day. I’ll give her a second chance. Today she had a flat affect and seemed distracted. She didn’t answer some questions and blew me off like she wanted to be elsewhere. The staff are always friendly and charming with upbeat greetings.
