Manoah made helped me reach my post partum fitness goal with my first baby and now is helping me with the 2nd! Their trainers are amazing and cater to your needs, they will modify workouts if needed. The gym is always clean and they have a excellent variety of machines. Very different workouts than any other gym! 100/10 recommend!!Ā
