Transmission fluid was leaking. He told me what he was going to do and what the possible outcomes were. He gave me his best estimates as far as price. He walked me through every step. At no point did I feel he was taking advantage of me and was even kind enough to give me a follow up. I wish the place was bigger and had a shuttle, but that’s nothing compared to the peace of mind he offered.
