Called the night before to schedule a cab for the following morning and was told they would send somebody. The next morning, nobody came at the arrival time so I called again to ask if someone was on the way and was told they never received the reservation but could send someone now who’d be there in 15 minutes. 20 minutes later still no one came so I called a third time to ask for an update and was told someone is on the way. Very disappointed. Used them based on recommendation. Our driver asked me how much my ride should cost. Hugh?? I told him $10 since that is what my cousin said it would cost. Guess what? The driver 'got lost' and then said the ride was $18 because it was further than he thought. I paid the fare because I wasn't in the mood to argue, but this is a petty, dishonest practice.

I have used Manny's taxi for a decent amount of my life, but recently anytime I call they never have anyone available. When I ask for a time frame they can never give me an answer and always say it's just going to be a long while and aren't ever direct about it. This is very disappointing ):

Manny's Taxi provided fast and friendly service in local Carmel. I called for a ride when my car broke down, and within 10-15 minutes, they were able to pick me up. Jose was my driver, and he was very polite and efficient. Thank you!
