The team at Manny's was very responsive, courteous and professional. It was a fairly major job and done in less than a week. Very good work!
Marc was amazing! We needed a second opinion after our leak was supposedly fixed already and low and behold he found the real leak and fixed it quick. He was very thurough and kind. Along the way Marc was explaining what was going on and showing me what he was seeing. Overall wonderful experience and the cherry on top is he was on time showing up!
From start to finish the flexibility, professionalism, knowledge, customer service, and timeliness were unparalleled. They use an answering service to schedule appointments and Juanita was a dang delight. Marc and Manny showed up exactly when communicated, and I got a text with a photo of the technician (super helpful as a female with an eye for safety) letting me know they were on the way. Marc and Manny were quick and efficient and very personable and pleasant. 10 out of 10 recommend!
