He came to give us an estimate 2 weeks prior to us wanting the work done, than came back and said he was busying for the next 3 weeks. we reached out 2 week after to remind him, said he forgot and will call back never called us back. we called the next day for him to say he forgot again and that we should find someone else for the job after waiting over 2 months. Unprofessional and i wouldn't recommend him for nothing.

Had a few companies come over to price roof repairs. Manny Best was the only one to actually inspect my roof and point out needed repairs. Gave me a free written estimate. Others only gave me a verbal estimate of costs, and never followed up with promises to email a written one. Manny gave me the best price, and guaranteed repairs in writing.

Forest Hills Queens. Complete demolition of existing bathroom. New marble bathroom installed, premium fixtures, lighting, heat lamp & ventilation system. Had some brick work done sealing off an old air conditioning sleeve. Was able to match the brick, sheet rock interior like new. Manny’s price beat the rest. The project from start to finish was done in a week. None of the other contractors time frames came close. Impressed, will use again.
